- Standard dodge formulas apply uniformly across all levels. However, if combatants exceed the 1,000-level gap system penalty, no Bounty/Reputation transfers upon breaking Haki states.
- Haki Clash
- Independent of Conqueror's Haki Clashes (which lock players into 300-stud bubble QTEs). Observation Haki functions strictly for hit-evasion during normal combat flow.
