Prerequisites

1. Equip and use Gum-Gum Fruit
2. Obtain Dragon Orb (0.5% drop rate from Mace V2 Boss)
3. Travel to Dragon Island (Onigashima) and summon Dragon Superboss
4. Defeat Dragon Superboss to get Drums of Liberation (100% drop rate if Gum Fruit is active)
5. Locate Incurr NPC on the floating island at Dragon Island
